Large tofu cutting machine

During operation, whole tofu slabs are manually placed flat at the front end of the underwater conveyor belt. The machine then automatically pushes the tofu forward in water and cuts it into uniformly sized pieces using a precise cutting mechanism. After cutting, the tofu pieces are gently separated in the water and smoothly dropped into individual packaging boxes below. Operating entirely in a water environment reduces friction and product damage, ensuring clean cutting surfaces and intact tofu shape. The machine can be seamlessly connected with a tofu packaging machine to complete automatic sealing and production date printing, significantly reducing labor requirements while improving efficiency and product consistency. It is an essential unit in modern automated tofu production lines.
