The first grinder separates the soybeans into soy milk and soy pulp. Water is then added to the soy pulp and stirred. A second grinder draws in the soy pulp and grinds it again to extract more soy milk. The soybeans are automatically ground twice to extract more soy milk. The soy milk is then pumped into two boiling tanks. After boiling, the soy milk flows out through an outlet and is collected in a stainless steel container. A coagulant is then added to the soy milk to make tofu pudding. The tofu pudding is scooped into a tofu pressing basket, and the machine is turned on to press the tofu.
