To effectively extend the shelf life of bean products, in addition to conventional sterilization, vacuum packaging can significantly reduce microbial growth and improve product storage stability.
Double-chamber vacuum packaging machines are highly efficient vacuum sealing devices specifically designed for the food industry. After the operator puts the bean skin or dried tofu into bags, places them in the vacuum chamber, and starts the machine, it first evacuates the bag to a low vacuum state, quickly removes the air, and then automatically completes the sealing process.
Because there is very little residual air inside the packaging bag, microbial growth is effectively inhibited, oxidation reactions are reduced, and product spoilage is prevented, thereby extending shelf life and maintaining the product’s original freshness and taste.
The double-chamber design allows one vacuum chamber to seal while the other simultaneously fills bags, greatly improving production efficiency and making it a commonly used packaging equipment in bean product processing plants.
