Tijdens bedrijf worden hele tofuplaten handmatig plat geplaatst op het voorste uiteinde van het onderwatervoorraadsysteem. De machine duwt de tofu vervolgens automatisch vooruit in het water en snijdt het in stukken van gelijke grootte met behulp van een precisiesnijmecanisme. Na het snijden worden de tofustukken voorzichtig in het water gescheiden en vallen ze soepel in de afzonderlijke verpakkingsbakken eronder. Bedrijf volledig in een wateromgeving vermindert wrijving en productbeschadiging, waardoor schone snijoppervlakken en intacte tofu vorm worden gegarandeerd. De machine kan naadloos worden verbonden met een tofu-verpakkingsmachine om automatisch afdichten en afdrukken van de productiedatum te voltooien, waardoor de arbeidsbehoefte aanzienlijk wordt verminderd en tegelijkertijd de efficiëntie en productconsistentie worden verbeterd. Het is een essentiële eenheid in moderne geautomatiseerde tofu-productielijnen.
