Climbing the stairs, you’ll find a soy milk storage tank on the platform. Next to the tank is a device that automatically adds coagulant, turning the soy milk into tofu pudding. The machine automatically opens a valve, and the tofu pudding falls from the pipe into a tofu pressing basket. The person then manually closes the lid, and a conveyor belt transports the basket to a pneumatic press. The machine automatically presses the tofu using a step-by-step process, resulting in pressed tofu at the end of the conveyor belt. The tofu is then removed, and the lid and pressing basket are placed on the lower conveyor belt and transported back to the beginning of the machine.
