This dual grinder system integrates vacuum soybean feeding and double-pass circulation grinding technology, enabling automatic and continuous soybean extraction with higher yield.
The machine uses a vacuum suction device to automatically lift soybeans into the upper storage unit, then accurately feeds a fixed quantity into the first grinder, where real-time separation of soymilk and okara is completed efficiently. The discharged okara naturally falls into the mixing tank, where water is added for high-speed blending to form a smooth and uniform slurry. This slurry is then transferred to the second grinder through a sealed pipeline using a circulation pump, allowing secondary fine grinding and deeper extraction of residual soy liquid and protein.
