The machine vacuum-feeds soybeans through pipes, eliminating the need for manual feeding. The machine dispenses a measured amount of soybeans into the grinder’s inlet. The first grinder separates the soy milk from the soy pulp, then adds water and stirs the pulp. The second grinder draws in the pulp and grinds it again to extract more soy milk. This two-stage automatic grinding process extracts more soy milk. The soy milk is then pumped into two boiling tanks. After boiling, the soy milk flows out through an outlet and is collected in a stainless steel container. A coagulant is added to the soy milk to create tofu pudding. The tofu pudding is then scooped into a tofu pressing basket, and the machine is turned on to press the tofu.
