No manual bending over to scoop the tofu pudding is required. Instead, workers walk up the stairs and add coagulant to the two soy milk buckets above the machine. The two buckets for holding the tofu pudding move left and right via sliding rails. Simply open the tofu pudding release switch to easily pour the tofu pudding into the tofu pressing basket. Then, cover the basket, push it under the air press, and turn on the air press to press it. The tofu is produced in about ten minutes.
