Configuration:
1) Aluminum Plate Section: Utilizes acid-resistant aluminum alloy molds, featuring resistance to deformation and corrosion.
2) Material Construction: Fabricated from high-quality welded 304 stainless steel; the base is secured to the floor using sturdy bolts. With the exception of components where stainless steel is unsuitable—such as transmission parts, electrical and pneumatic components, and motor mounting plates—all other parts are constructed from stainless steel.
3) Transmission System: Comprises a motor, cam indexer, mold plates, and transmission chains.
4) Cup Feeding System: Consists of a frame, guide rails, a cup magazine, and a pneumatic cup-pushing cylinder. Its operation is synchronized and automatically triggered by a signal generated when the mold plate comes to a halt.
5) Filling System: The material storage tank is constructed from 304 stainless steel and features an automatic material-feeding control system.
Filling is performed via a non-contact, gravity-flow method, with the filling volume being freely adjustable.
6) Coding System: Features automatic ribbon coding (with constant-temperature control). The system is adjustable, allows for rapid character replacement, and is easy to install and remove.
7) Film Alignment System: Utilizes a photoelectric sensor to track and automatically correct the film’s position, ensuring precise alignment of the film pattern with the cup opening.
8) Sealing System: Employs constant-temperature (intelligent thermal control) heat-press sealing. The sealing head is made of aluminum, offering excellent thermal conductivity and robust durability.
9) Film Cutting Mechanism: Features a cross-cutting mechanism utilizing both horizontal and vertical blades.
10) Cup Discharge System: A robotic arm pushes the finished cups onto a stainless steel guide rail for discharge.
