Micro-pressure boiling is a widely used method for boiling soybeans, primarily in the boiling process of soybean milk production. By introducing hot steam into the bottom of a sealed tank, a micro-pressure environment (0.08~0.1MPa) is created, allowing the boiling temperature to reach 115~120℃. Preheating and degassing during boiling prevents foam overflow without the need for defoamers. Multiple tanks are connected in parallel, enabling continuous production. Typically, the time from filling, boiling, to discharging in each tank is approximately 20 minutes.
