The fully automatic pressed tofu sheet machine is a highly efficient production line integrating automatic extraction of tofu curd, crushing and evenly spreading the paste, folding, pressing. The machine uses an intelligent control system to draw the tofu curd into a container, crush it, and then evenly spread it between two layers of cloth, precisely forming continuous sheets of tofu skin.
At the end of the conveying process, the two layers of cloth sandwiching the tofu skin are automatically and continuously folded, and at the end, a pressing system applies even pressure, ensuring the tofu skin is of uniform thickness and firm texture. After forming, the tofu skin is automatically separated from the cloth by a dedicated peeling machine, and rapid cooling reduces bacterial growth, significantly improving production efficiency throughout the entire process.
