Während des Betriebs werden ganze Tofuplatten manuell flach auf das vordere Ende des unterwasserförderbandes gelegt. Die Maschine schiebt dann den Tofu automatisch im Wasser nach vorne und schneidet ihn mit einem präzisen Schneidmechanismus in gleichmäßig große Stücke. Nach dem Schneiden werden die Tofustücke im Wasser sanft voneinander getrennt und gleiten in die darunterliegenden Einzelverpackungskästen. Der Betrieb vollständig in einer Wasserumgebung reduziert Reibung und Produktbeschädigung und gewährleistet saubere Schneidflächen und eine intakte Tofuform. Die Maschine kann nahtlos mit einer Tofu-Verpackungsmaschine verbunden werden, um das automatische Versiegeln und das Drucken des Herstellungsdatums zu vollenden. Dadurch wird der Arbeitsaufwand erheblich reduziert, während Effizienz und Produktkonsistenz gesteigert werden. Es ist ein unverzichtbarer Bestandteil moderner automatisierter Tofu-Produktionslinien.
