Selecting soybeans → Soaking soybeans → Grinding soybeans → Boiling soy milk → Filtering soy milk → Extracting dried bean curd sticks(yuba) → Drying → Packaging.
This handmade yuba machine is a food processing device used to produce traditional handmade tofu skin. It is suitable for bean product processing plants, central kitchens, and specialty bean product workshops. The equipment is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel. The machine achieves constant temperature steam heating from the bottom, causing the tofu skin to coagulate into a skin. The skin is then manually peeled off and placed on racks to dry, resulting in a stable tofu skin film with a delicate texture, preserving the aroma and chewiness of the handmade tofu skin to the greatest extent.
