This integrated grinding and cooking soymilk machine is designed for streamlined and efficient operation. Simply pour soybeans into the feeding hopper to begin the automatic grinding process. During grinding, the machine separates soymilk from okara in real time, and the raw soymilk flows directly into the raw soymilk tank. The soymilk is then pumped to the cooking tank, where it is heated and fully cooked using steam.
After reaching the proper boiling point, the cooked soymilk is discharged smoothly and can be directed to downstream processing. Equipped with both a raw soymilk tank and a cooking tank, the machine is capable of grinding and cooking simultaneously. This parallel processing significantly increases production efficiency. The machine has a small footprint and is easy to operate, with pulleys that can be moved at any time.
